Rules, responsibilities and legal terms for platform users

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using TAOBAL Coders’ Hub (the “Platform”) you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and any policies referenced here. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

2. Who May Use the Platform

Account creation and enrollment are generally managed by partner schools and authorized institutions. Individual learners may be registered by their school or an authorized representative. If you are a parent/guardian, you must provide consent for minors to use the service.

3. Registration & Accounts

  • Account owners must provide accurate information. Schools are responsible for the accuracy of student data they register.
  • Passwords and login credentials are confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account. Notify us immediately if credentials are compromised.

4. Acceptable Use

Users must not:

  • Use the Platform for illegal activities or to infringe intellectual property;
  • Upload malicious code or attempt to breach security;
  • Post abusive, harassing, or hateful content;
  • Spoof identity or impersonate others.

5. Content & Intellectual Property

All platform content — courses, materials, code examples and branding — are owned by TAOBAL DigiTech Solutions or licensed to it. Schools and learners are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use course materials for educational purposes only. Unauthorized copying, redistribution, or commercial reuse is prohibited.

6. User-Generated Content

If users submit projects, assignments or code (“User Content”), you retain ownership of your original work, but you grant TAOBAL a worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display and use the content for educational purposes, platform operation, and promotion.

7. Payments & Refunds

If applicable, fees for courses or services are charged via secure payment gateways. We do not store full payment card details. Refund policies are described on specific course/product pages — contact support for disputes.

8. Disclaimers & Limitations

The Platform and its content are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. TAOBAL DigiTech Solutions does not guarantee specific learning outcomes or job placements. To the maximum extent permitted by law, TAOBAL is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of the Platform.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or for security reasons. Schools requesting account deletion must contact support and follow verification steps.

10. Privacy

Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy (link). Please review how we collect, use and protect data.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be notified via email to registered school contacts. Continued use after updates means you accept the new terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes will be subject to the courts of competent jurisdiction in Nigeria.
